How programs work

Simple steps, repeated every season

Our approach is built for busy farmers: short meetings, clear actions, and shared accountability—so progress is visible and practical.

Plan together

Set goals, choose crops, and map tasks as a team—so everyone knows what to do and when.

Act & track

Use checklists and group updates to track inputs, labor, and key field observations.

Programs FAQ

Common questions from farmers and partners.

Who can participate in the programs?

Any small or marginal farmer—or agricultural land owner—anywhere in India who is willing to work in a team structure.

Do I need to join the cooperative to attend?

Some sessions are open, but most ongoing support works best for registered teams so we can plan and follow up each season.

Are the programs online or in-person?

Both. We use online updates where possible and organize local meetings and field visits based on team needs.

What crops do you support?

We support diverse local crops. The focus is on better planning, soil health, and practical improvements that fit your area.

Is there a cost to participate?

Program details vary by location and partner support. We keep costs clear and as low as possible for farmer teams.

How do we start as a new group?

Apply on the Join page. We’ll contact you to understand your area, team size, and goals, then help you set up your first planning cycle.
