Stories of progress, shared by members

Every team is different, but the pattern is the same: organize, plan together, and support one another through the season.

““Before joining, I sold alone and accepted whatever price I got. Now our group plans harvest days together and negotiates as one.””

Ramesh K.

Vegetable grower • Member, farmer team

““The crop planning meetings helped us avoid planting the same crop at the same time. We reduced waste and improved our returns.””

Savitri D.

Smallholder farmer • Women’s group leader

““Sharing tools and transport saved us money immediately. The biggest change is confidence—we solve problems together.””

Imran S.

Cereal farmer • Team coordinator

In the field: teamwork in action

From training days to harvest time, these moments show what’s possible when farmers organize and support each other.

How we document success

We share stories with care and consent, focusing on practical lessons that other farmer teams can use.

What counts as a success story?

Any measurable improvement—better yields, lower costs, stronger market access, or a team that stays organized through the season.

Do you verify outcomes?

Yes. We collect simple records (inputs, harvest dates, yields, and costs) and confirm details with the team leaders.

Can women-led groups be featured?

Absolutely. We actively highlight women farmers and leadership within teams.

Will you share personal details publicly?

No. We only publish what members agree to share, and we can anonymize names and locations when requested.

How can my team submit a story?

Send a short note about your team, crops, and what changed this season. Photos are welcome but optional.

Can partners collaborate on case studies?

Yes. NGOs and partners can co-create learning notes and field reports with our teams, with clear consent and credit.
